 Apparently, there are a few people who would like to see an 'about' page.

Well, let's see...

I grew up in a small rural town in Connecticut.

Attended one of the best art High Schools in the country... hey, I'm biased.

I won a couple awards here and there for some random drawings and paintings.

Went to college in Maine. Not for very long though...

Came back to Connecticut and started photographing punk rock and hardcore bands.

Moved to the Mid-West and stayed a photographer.

Met my One............ he lived in on the other side of the world.
I didn't.
That was a problem.

I moved to Melbourne.

Became Mrs. van Hulst. (teee hee!!)

We still live in and love Melbourne, but we're planning on moving - again - but this time for good!

We bought a house in New Zealand!

We have two adorable little nuggets...

But... there is also this...

I've been into art since I can remember. My mother claims it was from around age 3. The old quote "She's been drawing since she could pick up a pencil..." apparently is true. I saw some of my old kindergarten work... not heaps in the way of words and maths, but lots and lots of doodles - everywhere!

Aside from that, I love photography, painting, sewing, crocheting and knitting, 

and pretty much anything else arty related.

So here is to true love, beautiful things, and happiness!
